Data Deletion Instructions

1 Overview

At IA One, LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with our business management platform through any of our supported messaging channels — including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram — you can request the deletion of your data at any time.

This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what to expect after you do.

2 How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to our privacy team:

In your email, please include the following information so we can locate your data:

The phone number or username/account name you used when interacting with our Service.
The messaging platform(s) you used (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or all).
Any additional details that may help us identify your account (e.g., the business you are associated with).

3 What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your data deletion request, here is what you can expect:

Step 1: Acknowledgment

We will confirm receipt of your request via email within 5 business days.

Step 2: Verification

We may need to verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. We will contact you if additional information is needed.

Step 3: Data Deletion

We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

Step 4: Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

4 What Data Is Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove the following data associated with your account:

Contact information (phone, name, profile)	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days
Business data (inventory, purchase orders)	Deleted or anonymized	Within 30 days *
Session and cache data	Automatically expired	Within 24 hours

* Note: Certain business records (such as purchase orders and transaction records) may be retained for up to 5 years when required for legal or accounting compliance purposes. In these cases, the data will be anonymized so it is no longer linked to your personal identity.

5 Meta / Facebook Platform Data

If you logged into or interacted with our Service through a Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp), please note:

We will delete all data stored on our systems as described above.
Data that Meta/Facebook retains independently (such as your account data, message delivery logs on their servers) is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. To manage or delete data held by Meta, visit your Facebook Settings or Instagram Privacy Settings.
WhatsApp end-to-end encrypted messages stored on your device are under your control and are not affected by our deletion process.
